| After a breeding takes place and the pregnancy confirmed, that litter is announced on the website with the projected date of birth. At that point, we make a list of those who contact us and who are interested in purchasing a puppy. Deposits will be accepted to reserve a puppy. Rank of puppy choice is determined by receipt of deposit. We ask for a deposit of $200, that must be received within 7 working days. We accept payments through personal check, money order, and Paypal. There will be an additional 5% charge added to all Paypal and debit/credit card payments to cover handling fees. **We reserve the right to keep our pick puppy from any litter.** Full payment must be received by the time the puppy is 6 weeks of age. At the time of purchase, puppies are sold with limited or full AKC registration. " Limited" registration means that the dog is registered with the American Kennel Club, but NO litters produced by the dog are eligible for registration. " Full" registration means that the dog is registered with the American Kennel Club, as well as, ALL future litters produced by the dog. It is possible to reverse limited registration to full registration if desired. Deposits are nonrefundable unless there are insufficient puppies in a litter to satisfy the accepted deposits. However, deposits can be transferred to a future litter. Puppies are normally priced $1000 for limited AKC registration; $1200 for full AKC registration. We offer Avid Micro-chipping upon request. The microchip will be inserted when the puppy is 8 weeks old. While there is no additional charge for the chip, it is optional. Puppies that require shipping cannot be shipped until they are 8 weeks of age. We ship our puppies from Bluegrass Airport in Lexington, KY, using Delta Pet First as our carrier. Shipping charges are in addition to the price of the puppy. They include the cost of a crate (receipt will be included with paperwork), the actual cost of the flight using Delta Cargo, $40 fee to cover the pre-flight vet exam, and a $75 traveling fee due to the distance of the airport from our home (100 miles). We also offer a puppy carrier delivery service in which the puppy is flown on board the passenger area of the plane and hand carried from the plane to the new owners at the destination airport.
